REMEMBERING THE WAITING SHED IN POBLACION
So many memories
will come out unto our minds to remembering the Waiting Shed
as center attraction on Poblacion, Hinunangan Southern Leyte. While ago we took
stand and waiting for bus, motorcycle for hire like habal-habal, trying to hide
when rains comes, cheating with our companion and barkadas, classmates and most
are hiding ourselves as shelter to rest while we had waiting purposes.
They had lot of
people regarding Hinunangnon, travelers, intruders and strangers are witness
this popular Waiting Shed. How important that brings comfort and good
shelter for everyone who wants travel in the morning afternoon and evening scenario.
Many young
people before they keep their selves in that area and making cheating and planning
topics likes how we suppose to bring tuba without money to buy that red wine. The
other said “we bring also kaskas-crabs
for desert or pulutan. “Hey buddy
there is Bayle in Barangay Tahusan, come
on we took a ride and I will wait you in Waiting Shed”
Now a day’s comes,
many young Hinunangnons are getting success in doing good works and journey in
other places. Meanwhile, plenty of Abroad and Balikbayan was shock and surprise
that were we gonna spent our time to wait and hide in the rain and hot sunlight
today. How we missed this simple Waiting Shed.
